About the Author Andrew Bolton is curator of the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. During his tenure at the museum he has curated over ten exhibitions including Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy and AngloMania: Tradition and Transgression in British Fashion. He is the author of more than eight books including monographs on the designers Paul Poiret and Gabrielle Chanel. Bolton lives in New York City.Jack White is a musician, producer, and co-founder of the White Stripes. He also founded The Raconteurs and The Dead Weather.Anna Sui won the Council of Fashion Designers of America Lifetime Achievement Award in 2009. Her clothes, cosmetics, and accessories are sold in more than forty countries and her runway shows awe and inspire.
